What information is needed when placing an order?

To ensure a smooth ordering process, please provide the following information:

For Choclate Dipped Treats

  • Date and time of your event
  • Theme of the event
  • Quantity of each item or Package you would like to order

For Cookies Orders

  • Date and time of your event
  • Flavor/Type of cookie you would like
  • Quantity for each flavor/type

How do pickup or delivery times work?
We will coordinate pickup or delivery times with you once your order is confirmed. Please allow at least one business day for order confirmation. Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of Avondale, Arizona. Anything over 10 miles will be subject to a delivery fee.

Am I going to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to all orders as required by local regulations in Avondale, Arizona. The exact amount will be included in your final order confirmation.

Is there an ordering deposit?
Yes, a deposit may be required for certain custom or larger orders. This will be discussed and confirmed with you during the order placement process.

What information do customers absolutely need to know before they order from you?

While we do our best to accommodate, all our treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order, and we can discuss possible options.

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible, especially for custom orders or during peak seasons, to ensure availability. For smaller orders, a few days' notice might suffice, but for larger events, two to four weeks is ideal.
